- Report bugs or any other problems

-Be able to see HTML integration errors compared to the graphic model validated by the customer

- Test on different media (PC / Tablet / Smartphone to verify that responsive design does not generate problems and that mobile browsers do not cause navigation problems.

- Direct contact with customers.
